SPEAKER_02:

Yes, where we talk about everything Disney Parks, Disney Cruise, and everything, all the magic in between. Uh, it's our 50th episode.

SPEAKER_00:

We made it, man. I know. Took us two years, but we made it.

SPEAKER_02:

I should have shook it. Shift it. Shake my hand. Don't hold my hand. So we were trying to decide what would be a fun thing to do for our 50th episode. And we really aren't sure.

SPEAKER_04:

So here we are. I said we should do a clip show. Just go back and I said that doesn't work for podcasts.

SPEAKER_02:

Well, I know I guess it's a good one.

SPEAKER_04:

People love a clip show.

SPEAKER_02:

Yeah, I need a clip show or clip episode. So we decided we would play a game, not one we've played before, but one that if you've been listening andor watching like our Disney vlogs for a while, you can play. Honestly, I think if you've just been a listener, you should be able to play this game and do really, really well because it is specific, almost brawn family Disney Park lore. Not okay, enough about lore. All right, enough. So that's what we're gonna do. We'll walk you through how to play, but you play along with us.

SPEAKER_04:

It's basically the newlywed game.

SPEAKER_02:

Yes.

SPEAKER_04:

Braun Disney Parks edition.

SPEAKER_02:

Yes. So we actually had one of you guys, someone named Ashley. Why did I say Ashley? I don't know. Sorry. Ashley. Ashley.

SPEAKER_04:

Ashley? This is a great idea.

SPEAKER_02:

She sent in this idea. So she said, I would love to hear an episode where you guys try and guess each other's answers to questions. Kind of similar to the game people play at weddings where the couple will hold up the bride or groom's shoe to answer. Questions could be crowd submissions. Yes. Uh, or could be something you don't think the other will guess, but you probably would. I think it would be so much fun to play along, especially for the avid vlog watchers. A question example could be so this helped me out, understand exactly what she meant. Which park did Jessica lose her phone? Or who wins at Toy Story Mania? Love you guys so much. Oh, that's so sweet. Thank you so much, Ashley. So great idea. We're doing it for our 50th. So that is what we're doing. It's our 50th anniversary. Happy anniversary, baby. So we looks like we made it.

You've looked at these questions. I have not looked at these yet.

SPEAKER_02:

So well, someone had to pull all the things together and organize it while you set up all this equipment.

SPEAKER_04:

No, so I'm saying if you if my answers are well, what's funny is I actually there's I really don't know the answer to a lot of these. Mine are gonna be a little bit more OTF on the floor.

SPEAKER_02:

Well, what's fun is I couldn't really look any answers up. Because they're just kind of like you either know it or you don't. I'm not gonna go comb through vlogs. So I just did this like 10 minutes before we sat down. So in case anyone thinks I'm gonna cheat at this game, you really can't. Okay. So there are a few that I'm gonna ask you, a few you're gonna ask me, and then there's also some we're gonna answer together. So we'll kind of beat bop around, I figure. Okay. And just see. But again, where you guys come in is first of all, all of you guys submitted these. So we'll share who wrote what. But this is so fun. I know. I I'm smiling because this is gonna be so fun. But see if you can get the answers. Count how many you get right at the end and put it in a comment on our YouTube channel, uh, on our Facebook page, Instagram, anywhere. Put how many you got right. Okay. And I'll have to come up with like a scale. Like if you got this many to this many, you're a like browniak. If you're like this many to this, I don't know.

SPEAKER_04:

It's like the end of Buzz Lightyear Space Ranger Spin. Like you're an intergalactic space hero, whatever they are.

SPEAKER_02:

Yeah. What's the top one? Legend.

SPEAKER_04:

I don't think it's legend. You start, you you asked me one of the questions.

SPEAKER_02:

Okay, we're gonna start with an easy one. Which Disney park did we uh go to for our honeymoon? Well do any of you guys know? That's actually a trick question.

SPEAKER_04:

Let's pause. We'll play the Jeopardy music. No. So we started out by flying to Paris. Then we went from Paris, we were there for a week, then we went to Disneyland Paris for a couple days, which was not enough time. Then we went from there, we flew to Disney World, and we did Disney World for a week.

SPEAKER_02:

It was amazing. It was insane. That was that's where it's a trick question. There's two Disney parks. No surprises that.

SPEAKER_04:

That was the day I think we sp we were in like Disneyland in the morning, or Disneyland Paris in the morning, and then we were in like Epcot by that evening or something really.

SPEAKER_00:

Gosh, we should go back. That was amazing. And like watch those vlogs.

SPEAKER_04:

No.

SPEAKER_00:

Ugh. Did we even vlog then?

SPEAKER_04:

Oh, yeah, we did. And I remember we did we we on our I want to say like five-year anniversary, we started to watch one of our honeymoon vlogs, and we got about two minutes into the closet. We were like, I can't. It was the the camera, it was the camera was all over. It was insane.

SPEAKER_02:

It was I remember that. And I'm like, we literally were like, we can't, I feel sick.

SPEAKER_04:

I can't who are these people? I don't even recognize these people.

Right.

SPEAKER_04:

I don't even want to talk about this. How many times has Tyler lost his camera? Bonus if you can name each location. Look, it's tough traveling with kids. We have so many moving parts, man.

SPEAKER_02:

Yeah, it is you.

SPEAKER_04:

I can tell you, I never ever Hey, this is my question, sir. Okay, I'll tell you my Yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

Uh, I can tell you that I have no idea. I remember a cut one time specifically, and I I'm trying to remember where we were, maybe Epcot. And you would it was like more recently, and you'd left it like beside the quick service of a place, or like near a bench, and so cast members helped you find it. Where was that?

SPEAKER_04:

That was in Hollywood Studios.

SPEAKER_02:

What was the next? Oh, it was next to um the uh quick service place. Backlot express. That's the one I remember.

SPEAKER_04:

I think. How many times? I think it's only happened twice. One time, it was at the very end of the night, and we were on a bus heading back to our resort, and we were gathering up all of our stuff at the end of the night, and we had like our diaper bag, a our stroller bag full of just like all of our et cetera and accoutrements, and then I had the stroller, so I had that, and then I didn't grab my backpack that had my cameras in it. So I grabbed all the other stuff, the stroller and the other bags. You were you were dealing with the kids, and I left my camera bag on the bus. Luckily, it was the end of the night, and I think the bus went back to the bus depot after, and so it went right back, and they they found it when they did the swept the bus, the the the anyway.

SPEAKER_02:

But you ended up having to go pick it up from like guess where did you go?

SPEAKER_04:

Is that what I did? I think I did end up going. You had to go somewhere random. I think you had to pick up the Disney. No, I went to Disney Springs and then picked it up. I lost and found it at Disney Springs.

SPEAKER_02:

That's right.

SPEAKER_04:

But I think I had an Apple Air tag in it, so I was able to track it. Like I knew where it was.

Oh my gosh.

SPEAKER_04:

But anyway, so yeah. So that was the first time, and then the second time was just I think on our last trip. We we had eaten at Backlot Express, and then we left the restaurant and we were rearranging stuff in the stroller outside of And you would like put it down next to you or something. So I was on like on my knees getting the diaper bag out, and we were trying to get stuff rearranged underneath the stroller, and I had set it next to the stroller, and then I'm stuffing everything back underneath it, and it was it was still sitting right there. But again, I had an Apple Air tag in it, and so I was tracking it on my phone and I was showing the cast members like I can see it's here, like on the thing. I'm like, it is at Backlot Express, and we are combing the restaurant and all these awesome cast members were trying to help me, like four or five different cast members, and I ended up going on the app and thanking them. But anyway, we couldn't find it because it was right outside the restaurant, anyway.

SPEAKER_02:

Yeah, I think but luckily, both times you've gotten it back.

SPEAKER_04:

Yeah, and I will say, never lost it before I had kids.

SPEAKER_02:

Yeah, it's true. Okay, Tyler, you've got one point from answering yours right. I have zero because I said one, I could name one.

SPEAKER_04:

And it was wrong.

SPEAKER_02:

And it was wrong. All right, so let's do one for both of us and you guys. Okay. Which is your spouse's favorite resort? So I need to guess what I think yours is, and you need to guess mine.

SPEAKER_04:

Ooh, this is tough.

SPEAKER_02:

I think I know what yours is. I'm pretty vocal about mine, but I don't If I'm wrong, then I'm gonna really feel like an idiot. But I'm I'm certain that I know what yours is. I think that your favorite resort is the Grand Floridian. Yeah. You don't know what mine is?

SPEAKER_04:

Mine swings around like yours swings around a little bit, but I I if I had to guess, I would say it's probably Wilderness Lodge.

SPEAKER_02:

No.

SPEAKER_04:

No?

SPEAKER_02:

I do love if Wilderness Lodge had the monorail, that would change everything. Yep.

SPEAKER_04:

Yeah. That I I I literally was going to say Polynesian, but then I was thinking about how much you love. Mickey totem pole and how much you love that.

SPEAKER_02:

I do love Wilderness Lodge, though, but yeah.

SPEAKER_04:

Yeah, yeah. I was Polynesian was my first thought. I should have gone with that.

SPEAKER_02:

Well, you didn't, so that is not a point for you. So now it's now it's one to one. Hey, we're tied up.

SPEAKER_04:

Oh, I think you're putting it on. Oh, nice. Smoort.

SPEAKER_02:

All right. My question for you, T Dog, is this is a question uh that was from me. What is one type of well, that's not totally true. Someone else had asked about merch, and then I kind of adjusted and made it my own. So, what is one type of merch that I almost always buy? Not a pin, a magnet, or a mug? What is something somehow I always end up buying in Disney?

SPEAKER_04:

That is not a pin, magnet, or mug?

SPEAKER_02:

Mm-hmm. Because we all pretty much always buy that.

SPEAKER_04:

Okay, sorry, hold on. Before I answer that, let's go back real before we get too far into this.

SPEAKER_02:

Yeah, we realized we wanted to share who sent these in.

SPEAKER_04:

R Power29 said, How many times has Tyler lost his camera? Then let's see.

SPEAKER_02:

Kelsey White asked which Disney parks did we travel to for our honeymoon. And then Meg Reed said, Which is your spouse's favorite resort?

SPEAKER_04:

Okay, I'm so sorry, you guys.

SPEAKER_02:

Yeah, we wanted to share that.

SPEAKER_04:

We very specifically meant to say that. Sorry, okay. So this one's just for me. Okay, that's not a mount. Okay. You buy no, you don't buy a lot of clothes because I feel like you buy you usually buy a shirt before we go to a park. Earrings? You buy a lot of earrings.

SPEAKER_02:

No, but that is a good guess.

SPEAKER_04:

Usually buy earrings for my mom.

SPEAKER_02:

I do always buy your mom some earrings.

SPEAKER_04:

Something else you buy. That's all you buy. I mean, the you always buy one, those three things. I mean, you you will sometimes buy other things, but like something consistently.

SPEAKER_02:

I always end up buying a sweatshirt.

SPEAKER_04:

Yeah, I guess.

SPEAKER_02:

I've realized I have collected a weird amount of long sleeves or sweatshirts.

SPEAKER_04:

Yeah. But I do you buy them in Disney or do you buy them?

SPEAKER_02:

I almost never buy a short. No, I usually buy them in Disney. Yeah, okay. I don't um, and I shouldn't say always your, I feel like it's the last few trips I have. Although really in Disneyland, and then another one was Disneyland. It's like always in Disneyland. I think I always end up being chillier in Disneyland than I expect. Maybe that's what it is. Yeah. So maybe I'm gonna give you the point because you might be right. You might be more right than me that I forget that I always buy some kind of jewelry while we're in. So I'm gonna I'm gonna give you the point.

SPEAKER_04:

Don't don't give me any pity points.

SPEAKER_02:

I think you're you know. I don't need your pity points.

SPEAKER_04:

Okay. All right. Kelsey Stevens 4019 said, What is one item Tyler always wants to buy in the parks, a specific park in this case, but never does due to traveling constraints.

SPEAKER_01:

Please tell me you meant the uh swords that are in the UK pavilion. Oh my god.

SPEAKER_04:

You know what's funny is I actually had for the first part of this question, I had a different thing in mind. And then with the second part of the question, it was very obvious where this was going. For the first part of this, I always eye the Mickey Mouse watches, but then I get overwhelmed because I'm like, there's too many good ones, so I never buy any of them. But then with the second part, obviously I want all the swords. I need uh you know what I need? I'm gonna need the swords because they need to go behind us in the podcast. That's my excuse for everything we buy now. So I'm like, we could go behind us in the podcast.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_04:

Uh yeah. Also, we were just talking about we're gonna completely redo the podcast behind us. So be looking forward to that.

SPEAKER_02:

Because I'm like, I don't know Yeah, we gotta figure something out. Give us your snitch. Yeah, if you we want to have all the like fun, I was gonna call it junk, you know what I mean, or Disney Anna, our Disney junk, but we want more and we we need a little more contrast behind us, like maybe doing that darker. Anyway, we've got plans. We kind of want to get new chairs. It's not the most flattering. Some of you guys are watching. It's not the most flattering angle.

SPEAKER_04:

Yeah, it's gonna be completely reading. I got somebody I'm working with on the lighting, so anyway, my good thing. My new my new buddy right now. For those of you that don't watch, though, yeah. So yeah, that's right. We're gonna be working on this. So anyway, this is it's gonna be changing here soon, but yeah, slowly but surely all right, moving on.

SPEAKER_02:

Okay, oh, so one for both of us, right?

SPEAKER_04:

No, just you get a point for that because you got it right.

You're in Magic Kingdom with the girls, no grandparents, and your spouse absolutely needs a break. If they could do anything in Magic Kingdom, what would they choose to do by themselves? I need a minute to think about this.

SPEAKER_04:

This is a good question. And this is a good park to do it too, because there's so many things to do there.

SPEAKER_02:

If you needed a break, what would you go do on your own?

SPEAKER_04:

Okay, I'm closing my eyes, I'm visualizing, I'm walking through the park.

SPEAKER_02:

Okay, I think I've got mine. Oh, there's so many things I want to do. We don't often have alone time.

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

We should do that sometime, like every day on a trip, give each other an hour to just like go. It's just so they're there are two parents kind of age right now.

SPEAKER_04:

If I'm going to relax, I have, I think I know what I'm doing.

SPEAKER_02:

Okay. So I have to guess yours though. I was gonna share mine with you're never gonna guess mine. I think that you're going to get an AC break and go into carousel of progress.

SPEAKER_04:

Oh, that's a good one. That's a very good one, but no.

SPEAKER_02:

That was one of my runner-ups for myself. Do I get a second guess?

SPEAKER_04:

Yeah, all right, why not?

SPEAKER_02:

Do you think I would guess this?

SPEAKER_04:

I don't think you would, actually. Look into my eyes.

I'm going over to jungle cruise.

SPEAKER_02:

Yeah. It's like it's outside. You get a breeze a little bit, you're just like on the water, you just like, I don't know, it just feels right to me.

SPEAKER_02:

Oh, I know.

SPEAKER_04:

You get a little bit of a laugh. You could just like relax. It's not a gas. Yeah. Come on, have a couple of laughs. Yeah, that's what I'm doing. Okay. If I'm going to relax, because I was like, well, if I was like, oh, I'm gonna go ride Tiana, that was kind of my first thing.

SPEAKER_02:

Like, ride a ride and then.

SPEAKER_04:

You know, like Big Thunder, but I'm like, no, that's not what I'm. If I'm going to relax, I'm gonna go to Jungle.

SPEAKER_02:

I know. I was thinking the same. I was like, oh, I'd go ride like Space Mountain or something. Like I don't fit it.

SPEAKER_04:

Yeah.

All right, if you're going to relax, where are you going? My initial thought was carousel, but I don't think you would go to the carousel. Ride the carousel?

SPEAKER_02:

Not carousel pride, the carousel, no, carousel makes me sick.

Makes me sick. I don't know why. I was thinking about like that just seemed happiness to you.

SPEAKER_01:

Like that's because the sound and all that.

SPEAKER_04:

But I think you might go people watch by the plaza restaurant.

SPEAKER_02:

I like the way you think. No. Do you want me to tell you? Honestly, what I would do, what? I would go get a frozen Coke.

SPEAKER_04:

I almost brought up Coke and go ride the train. Yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

Disneyland really did do a number on us. If you have not listened to or watched our Disneyland episode, even if you're not someone that's ever been to Disneyland, you're not allowed to just trust us, go watch it.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

It'll give you a wish list for wanting to go, but it really did a number on me. And maybe like even you mentioning jungle cruise. We rode that a couple times in Disneyland. We never ride it in Disney World because the line's always so long.

SPEAKER_04:

Yeah. But um Disneyland vlogs are coming out soon, too. So if you want to get those vibes too. Oh, yeah, it's coming very soon. So good.

SPEAKER_02:

So neither of us got a point, but that was a really fun question to talk about.

SPEAKER_04:

I love that. Okay.

Now I want to make that happen, Captain.

SPEAKER_04:

I can tell you exactly the ride that you took a nap on for a long time.

Ellen's energy adventure. You took a solid 20-minute nap on that ride.

SPEAKER_02:

I don't remember that at all.

SPEAKER_04:

Oh yeah. That was, I mean, obviously it was a long time ago. But yeah, we uh because we had those benches were 30 feet long. Right, I know. And I remember you you fell asleep hard on that. And if it wasn't that one, I'd say maybe Carousel of Progress. But it was if if you're it was any, if you had any of the answer, you're you're wrong.

SPEAKER_02:

Uh Spaceship Earth. Oh, especially once it like lays you back a little bit.

SPEAKER_04:

I'm taking the point anyway because you're wrong because you took a long nap on that. No, I'm kidding. Don't give me the point. Don't give me the point. I don't care.

SPEAKER_01:

SPEAKER_04:

Everything's made up, but the points don't matter. Anyway, no, but I remember you following the stuff. Gosh, I don't remember that at all.

Also, I would have also accepted the bus ride back at the end of the long time.

All right. Where was Tyler forced to adopt the hippie lifestyle and walk barefoot because of his ancient because his ancient sandals broke? That was uh, I was gonna say Fontaine. Fonteen 88.

SPEAKER_04:

All right, I'm not that old. It was eighth grade.

Sandals. Wow. I'm 31 grade. A long time ago, Tyler. Anyway.

As it turns out, they do not sell sandals on Castaway Key for men.

They might now. Now they do, because I saw them. They must sell them. But that day we looked at all the different ones. They did not. Yep.

SPEAKER_02:

You even asked, and they were like, no, they sell some on the boat. And you're like, well, that's not gonna help me.

You did. Yep.

It was so sad. All the way back.

I remember, I distinctly remember you throwing away the sandals in the trash can on the beach.

SPEAKER_04:

I had had those. They were my dress sandals too. Oh man.

SPEAKER_02:

Well, when uh businessman Tyler is dressing up, he's wearing his dress sandals.

SPEAKER_04:

Hey man, I would wear those sandals today. They were great sandals.

SPEAKER_02:

They're probably about to come back in style, too.

SPEAKER_04:

They never went out of style, ma'am. All right, one for both of us. Crystal Lopez 4535 says, Is this just about Disney Parks or Disney in general? I'll give y'all uh one for each, just in case. Disney Parks. If Tyler and Jessica could live in any Disney ride, which would it be? Oh, I know. I think you would live in the carousel of province.

Yes.

Do you know where I would live?

SPEAKER_02:

Hold on, I gotta think. I have my gut instinct, but I want to think through real fast. Pirates?

SPEAKER_04:

No.

SPEAKER_02:

Is indoors? Okay, good. Because I mean, come on, that Florida heat. You don't want to live outside. Well, certainly not Small World. We've both read Disney After Dark or whatever. Um, well, not people mover, because that's not really anywhere.

SPEAKER_04:

Give up.

SPEAKER_02:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_04:

The end of Space Mountain. The living room scene as you're on the walkway.

SPEAKER_02:

Ooh.

SPEAKER_04:

The uh Wait, I take it back.

SPEAKER_02:

I want to live on Spaceship Earth. I want to be able to go through all those scenes. Where would you even walk? You know, it's too, you're going all around.

SPEAKER_04:

All right.

SPEAKER_02:

I'm gonna give you the point for mine because you you were right.

Disney.

So we'll say that. Okay. Hollywood and Vine, and she was dressed as Minnie Mouse. And the Minnie Mouse character was losing her mind about it. It was the most amazing thing.

And and Gigi was losing her mind, and uh, we were all emotional. It was amazing. That was one of the like solidifying times in our lives where I was like, this is why we love Disney.

But I'm pretty sure I have posted pictures of myself posing like that with treats, and they were very good. Or they weren't.

SPEAKER_04:

You lie. No, exactly. Because they always look cute, like oh, it looks like a it looks like Olaf, but they never taste any good because they have to look cute. But if they look like garbage, they probably taste pretty good. The egg rolls, they don't look very good, but boy, they taste good. Anyway, but yeah, that's the kind of thing that I'm talking about. So anything that like is if they're sending out pictures of it on their social media, it's probably not gonna taste very good.

The exception to that is the night blossom drink, which is beautiful and is the most delicious thing.

Is that the one in Animal Kingdom that you always talk about?

SPEAKER_02:

Yeah, non-alcoholic. My mouth waters is thinking about it so good.

And then the the Coca-Cola straightforward, but on the right.

Yeah. Club cool or whatever. Yeah. And now Club Cool is on the left, and it's all just totally different. Yeah. Now, if you don't know the backstory of poop wall, um, this is a classic Tyler Braunism uh from years back. You know, the purple wall that is so popular, and now of course they it used to just be purple. I don't know how long you guys have been into Disney. Yeah, the Disney purple wall used to just be purple, and people just started taking pictures in front of it in front of it there near Tomorrow Lane because it was so pretty. Now they have like the kind of geo geometric design in front of it.

SPEAKER_04:

It's like everything with with Instagram, like somebody does it and then everybody's got to do it. And I was making fun of people for doing that because, like, especially with Disney, like one person does it, and then there's 4,000 photos of everybody doing the exact same thing. Yeah, but it's pretty. Yeah, but anyway, so I was making fun of people doing that. Well, then the purple wall became this whole huge big thing, and so then I found this brown wall. And I was like, well, I'm gonna take my photos in front of the brown wall, and then it became the poop wall.

Did we end up riding all the way around to get back to the Polynesian? Because I remember then being in the lobby, telling them what happened, and we had to, I don't even remember.

And they were saying that if it had happened at like any of the other stations, it would have gone all the way down to the ground and it probably would have shattered. But for whatever reason, the Polynesian has a net under it and it got caught in the net. And so that was they were able to like retrieve it that night. So like I didn't have it for the rest of the day, but also I have my wallet attached to my phone. So I didn't have anything.

But they went that night and they got into the net and they got my phone and then I had to go get it.

SPEAKER_02:

I remember we were sitting and waiting for like an answer at the Polynesian, and there was like a little bar there, and you were like, Oh, I'll get a highlight. And then you were like, Oh, I don't have my ID. Okay. I've I don't know what points we're at. I got one there, I think it's five to four. I don't know you guys. Okay.
